Payment terms

There is no online payment on this website — no cart, no payment gateway and no order form. You buy the appliance from an authorised representative or directly from the distributor, and it is the seller who sets the form and date of payment in the contract you conclude with them.

Below we explain what that means in practice and what to expect.

Who issues the sales document

The receipt or invoice is issued by the seller you buy from — an authorised representative or the distributor, KOMINERA sp. j. The manufacturer, ODLEWNIA „KAW-MET” sp. z o.o., does not carry out retail sales and does not issue sales documents to end customers.

If you need an invoice for a business, say so before paying and provide the tax identification number — the seller must have those details at the moment of sale.

Prices on this website

Prices and product information presented on the website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code — they are an invitation to conclude a contract. The binding amount, including delivery and any installation, is given by the seller in a quotation.

The final price depends among other things on the model and its equipment, transport cost, the scope of installation work and the accessories chosen for the build-in.

What to ask about when agreeing payment

  • Which payment methods the seller accepts, and whether they differ for private customers and businesses.
  • Whether a deposit or prepayment is required, and how much.
  • When the final payment is due — on collection, before dispatch or after installation.
  • Exactly what the amount covers — the appliance alone, transport, carrying it inside, installation, materials.
  • The lead time, counted from payment or from the deposit.

It is worth asking for the quotation in writing or by e-mail. An itemised document lets you check later what was actually settled.

Payment and your rights

The proof of purchase is the key document for the warranty — it confirms the date and subject of the purchase, and the warranty period runs from the date the appliance was handed over. Keep it for that whole period, together with the warranty card; we describe this on the Warranty registration page.

Rights arising from a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract are handled by the seller from whom the purchase was made — independently of the manufacturer's warranty described on the Warranty page. The choice of which basis to rely on belongs to the buyer.

Sales to businesses and partners

Commercial terms for dealers, distributors and partners are agreed individually. If you would like to sell our appliances, write to us through the partnership form.

Where to buy

You will find the nearest sales point on the map of representatives. The whole path from choosing a model to receiving the appliance is described on the Terms of placing an order and delivery page.

If you have a question that is not answered here, write through the contact form.
