2. Scope of Collected Data
The controller processes personal data provided by users, in particular when:
- registering an account,
- placing orders,
- concluding and performing contracts,
- making payments and settlements,
- handling deliveries,
- processing complaints, returns, and warranty claims,
- contacting via forms,
- subscribing to the newsletter,
- using the Service (data collected automatically).
Types of processed data
Depending on the purpose of processing, these may include:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- correspondence and delivery address,
- IP address,
- browser and operating system data,
- date of birth (optional),
- PESEL or Tax ID (NIP) – only when requesting an invoice,
- bank account number – in the case of refunds.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use certain services. Consequences of not providing data depend on the purpose:
- order processing: failure to provide data (e.g. address, name) prevents conclusion and performance of the sales contract and shipment of goods,
- account registration: failure to provide required data prevents account creation,
- newsletter: failure to provide an email address prevents receiving updates and promotions,
- contact form: failure to provide contact details prevents response,
- VAT invoice: providing legally required data (e.g. Tax ID) is mandatory; otherwise, the invoice cannot be issued.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- managing user accounts,
- fulfilling orders and sales contracts,
- processing payments and deliveries,
- handling complaints and contract withdrawals,
- contacting users,
- fulfilling legal obligations,
- conducting statistics and analysis (e.g. Google Analytics),
- sending newsletters – only with user consent.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
4. Data Storage and Security
The controller stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy, in particular:
- order and contract data: for the time necessary to perform the contract, then until the limitation period for claims expires and accounting/tax obligations end,
- user account data: for the duration of the account until deletion upon user request,
- consent-based data (e.g. newsletter): until consent is withdrawn,
- marketing and statistical data: until objection is raised, but no longer than necessary.
The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

- companies cooperating with the controller (e.g. courier services, payment operators, IT service providers).
